The American Institutes of Research (AIR) and Powerful Learning Practice (PLP) are collaborating to offer a rich professional learning experience that develops future ready leadership skills in top district leadership. Their goal is to share the rich knowledge and experience of the eight districts who are represented in the Office of Educational Technology’s (OET) Future Ready Leaders project combined with their videos, other curriculum materials and seasoned learning experts as a means of guiding district leadership teams in the creation of action plans that address future ready change.
The Connected Leadership Academy takes place between September 2016 and April 2017.
Kickoff Event: Friday, September 16, 2016 at the University of Rhode Island Feinstein Campus in Providence, RI. The kickoff coincides with the 5th annual statewide Rhode Island Department of Education conference.
